Issue
Talking with clients about their CV’s, their experience and individual requirements takes time. Due to the amount of time we spend on the phone consulting with our clients, callers often got through to a recorded message, which served a purpose, but certainly didn’t fit the professional image that we were trying to portray. In addition were often left frustrated by blank messages that were potentially lost business.

Resolution
Answer-it allocated us a DDI line and we set our phone system to divert after 3 rings if the line is unanswered. The team at Answer-it then take the calls, and send us messages with the details of the caller and their contact information and any other information we might need, in order for us to help the caller efficiently when we call them back. The team at Answer-it are also knowledgeable enough about our business to be able to guide callers through the website if necessary and explain the process.
