We used Answer-it for around 3 months as we had a gap between receptionists. As a not-for-profit we were particularly focussed on value for money, as well as providing a good professional service to our members and other callers.
The service they provided was great. They were very accommodating about instructions from us in terms of an answering flowchart. Feedback we have had is that theywere professional and helpful in answering our phone. The messages we were sent through via email were concise and allowed us to get on with our jobs, rather than constantly answering the phone.
